Company Overview
DeVenture Health Partners (DVHP) is a Medical Transcription Service Organization (MTSO) with a mission of delivering top quality reports to our hospital clients across the United States. Founded in 2004 through the acquisition of an existing MTSO, the DVHP team operates 24 X 7 service 365 days a year from its offices in Canton, OH and Berkeley, CA. DVHP’s clients range from Health Centers and Critical Access Hospitals up to 500+ bed Level 1 Trauma Centers and teaching hospitals.
DVHP provides traditional transcription services to hospitals and clinics throughout the United States via its proprietary SHINE® transcription platform. SHINE® is a MS WORD based platform that interfaces with HIS systems such as Meditech and is also fully compatible with macros, MS WORD shortcuts and word expander programs.
DVHP has been working with eScription since 2006 as a transcription and editing MTSO for large hospital networks across the United States. We joined the eScription MTSO Alliance in 2007 as a charter member and process lines for our clients in Eastern, Central and Pacific Time Zones. As part of the MTSO Alliance Program we are proud to state that over 35% of our editors are certified as advanced and over 10% of our editors are certified as expert.
DeVenture Health Partners Operations and Support Team
DVHP supports our clients 24 X 7 and 365 days a year. Our support team is led by our VP of Operations and our Director of Transcription and Quality, a former Transcription Manager and eScription Trainer at a major hospital in Ohio. As a MT/Editor for our team you have multiple layers of support from our SMT Team for quality issues, our Team Leads for workflow management, scheduling and training and our Technology Managers for set-up and troubleshooting. From Day 1, we work closely with you to benchmark and improve your quality and productivity and encourage you to work closely with your team of other MTs on your account to learn and share your knowledge base.
As an employee you always have access to the necessary support personnel by phone, e-mail or IM for immediate attention.
